Thompson Turner Construction and GMC Network was hired by Clemson University to provide CM at-Risk services for the expansion and renovation of the existing Reeves Football Complex on the main campus.
The project included a 14,000 SF renovation and 3,600 SF expansion of the existing Sports medicine and Applied Science Lab areas to create the new Elite Performance and Wellness Center, an area designed specifically for student-athlete physical therapy and elite recovery with advanced practices in sports-related restoration and rejuvenation.
The project also included expanding head coach Dabo Swinney’s office to include additional seating and conference room. This project was successfully completed within an occupied campus in a timeframe of eight (8) months.
