The hotel is a four-story, 58,000-square-foot, 93-room building comprised of steel, concrete and glass.
Hotel features include an outdoor pool and courtyard, full service kitchen, cafe, bar, and lounge area, business and meeting center with prefunction areas, and exercise room, all with modern finishes. Working with the City of Sumter, the two-story parking garage with 200 spaces was built to support the newly constructed hotel and downtown businesses.
The precast design with thin set brick on the exterior connects with the context of the historical downtown, while strengthening the urban edge of Hampton Avenue and Sumter Street.
