Thompson Turner Construction was chosen by Pickens County School District to provide construction manager at-risk services for multiple renovation projects across the District.
These include sitework and civil renovations at Gettys Middle School, HVAC, window, plumbing and lighting fixtures, finish upgrades, and rest room renovations at West End Elementary School, finish upgrades at Crosswell Elementary School, and multiple canopy and glass replacements and various facilities due to storm damage.
Other work that may fall under this contract but not yet awarded is improvements to bus loops, parking, and other paving.
