Thompson Turner Construction was hired by King Machine to expand their operations within their recently constructed Sumter County Speculative Building which Thompson Turner Construction also built.

King Machine features a 4,500 SF office space with a large conference room overlooking their production area, three offices, four bathrooms, large reception desk, and an office and warehouse break room for their employees.

Within the warehouse, there is 45,000 SF heated and cooled production area and warehouse with two (2) dock doors and one (1) roll up door with a ramp.

Thompson Turner Construction and Thompson’s small capital projects group were given a four-day window to remove roughly 30 pieces of equipment from King Machine’s existing facility and relocate to this new facility. It was critical that each machine was fully functional prior to the conclusion of the fourth day to ensure they could maintain production.
