Thompson Turner Construction and Jumper Carter Sease Architects were hired by Lexington County School District Two as the CM At-Risk for the new construction of the Brookland-Cayce High School Stadium located in a busy residential area.

A Rewarding Challenge

The stadium is home to the Bearcats’ football and soccer teams and is a suitable venue for state championship contests, band competitions and graduation ceremonies. This project included a new stadium, locker rooms, training rooms, concession areas, press box, and an artificial turf field. The stadium can seat up to 5,000 guests, which includes a VIP section of 224 stadium seats, reserved for upper level booster club members.

Thompson Turner Construction also installed an artificial turf playing field, new digital scoreboard, and repainted the existing bleachers at Airport High School as part of this project (pictured bottom left).
