The team of Thompson Turner Construction and Brasfield & Gorrie was hired to provide Construction Manager At-Risk Services for the exciting renovation of Memorial Stadium on the campus of Clemson University.
About the Project
The scope was separated into five primary elements. Phase 1is made up of the addition of premium seating areas and club spaces; fan experience upgrades to include a new video board and sound system; a renovation of home team locker room; and improving ADA accessibility and additional accessible seating. The west end zone area was expanded with an additional seat concourse club and a 240-seat field level club with amenities similar to the West Zone and Younts South Club.
Phase 2 includes parking lot improvements to Lot 5 and the Tiger Walk.
