As A&R Bulk Pak business grew, more space to handle materials from customers for repackaging to shipping was necessary. Thompson Turner Construction worked closely with the owner to develop the scope of work and make adjustments in order to ensure that the Phase 2 expansion was well-suited for the growing operation.
The scope of work included attaching the new facility to the existing space and creating 75,000 SF of packaging and warehousing space.
A new electrical service to the building was also included to create a better power system for the addition. Thompson Turner was also awarded the final phase three of this addition, which was an additional 80,000 SF, for a project total of 155,000 SF.
