Thompson Turner Construction was hired by Thompson Holdings, LLC to provide design-build services for a 106,522 square foot speculative industrial building at the Pocotaligo Industrial Park in Sumter, South Carolina. The building was designed to be expandable to 300,000 square feet.
The 352-foot by 302-foot Class A industrial building was constructed with a 32-foot clear height. The facility included 24 knock-out panels designed for future dock package upfit and a 12-foot by 14-foot overhead door to allow truck access into the building.
