Project Details

The Sumter Original Brewery extends over three floors, the first floor space offers seating for over 150 patrons in addition to bar space. The second floor is occupied by various games (ping pong, pool, darts, foosball, and shuffleboard) and features 35 barstools on stainless steel shelf railing as well as bar seating. The third floor is the rooftop patio with 16 picnic-style tables and benches. The occupancy limit of this brewery is 499.

Special items include concrete bar tops, brewing equipment complete with walk-in coolers, and exterior walkout from the elevator to the paver patio rooftop. Each floor has its own independent sound system.

To provide optimum comfort to the patrons, Sierra Pacific Bi-Fold Windows were installed with motorized storefront windows in the clerestory and a 16’ diameter fan. Those inside are able to see the brewhouse operations thanks to the interior storefront of glass.
